Vegetarian Sushi
Georgu. He's american, but loves japanese culture; lived and worked there for a year. Strangely not pescatarian, but that's how he rolls.

Lemon Tart
Anonymous. Lemon talk: initially comes off as really sour, but always leaves a sweet aftertaste. Simple, never demanding.. she only asks that you can go beyond first taste.
Lemon Tart:
3/8 cups butter
1/4 confectioner's sugar
1 cup flour
5 eggs
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
lemon zest
*basil leaves (will taste like a basil mojito)
