Apple Tart:
           1 1/4 cups flour
           1 tbsp sugar
           1/2 tsp salt
           1/4 cup shortening
           1/4 cup margarine
           4 tbsp water
           5 apples 
           icing sugar
           cinnamon
           nutmeg
           lemon juice
